Joseph has been an absolute pleasure to work with on Rover. You can immediately tell he's a devoted dog owner himself -- you can see it in the way he treats every dog, including my Shiba Inu, Nikita with the same level of care, patience, and attention he gives his own! He is incredibly thoughtful, reliable, & detail oriented. For example, even when I forgot to buy more doggy bags for Nikita's walk, he had come prepared & brought his own. From making sure routines are followed exactly to picking up on small behavioral clues -- like Nikita not liking larger dogs, he proactively crossed the street or he's actively mindful if there was any in the area -- Joseph goes above & beyond to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, & well cared for. What really stands out is how genuine he is -- he's not just doing this as a job, but that he truly finds happiness meeting new furry friends. His efforts & dedication is seen with every walk, visit, & more.
