I work remotely and maintain a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide steady companionship and supervision throughout the day. Pet care integrates naturally into my daily routine, including morning walks, feeding, and check-ins, with additional walks, play, and attention in the afternoon and evening. Because I’m home most of the day, pets are rarely left alone for extended periods and receive consistent care, structure, and presence.

Joe watched my pups for about a week through Trusted Housesitters. Joe did a wonderful job caring for my two pups. He was attentive, thorough, and formed a genuine connection with them. When I returned, they were calm and happy, which told me their routine and care had been maintained consistently. It was such a relief knowing my pups were in great hands, allowing me to fully focus on my travels. I highly recommend Joe as a pet sitter. As a first timer in this platform, we were a bit nervous to have someone to watch our 2 pups. We interviewed a few sitters before we settle with Joe. Our younger pup usually is skittish with strangers and Joe agreed to come a day early to meet with us and the dogs, and our dogs felt comfortable with Joe. During the time we were gone, Joe has been update with us of the dogs, sent pictures of their walk and fun time hanging out with Joe, that surely comforts us knowing our dogs are happy and being care for. We sincerely appreciate Joe’s help and would recommend him for other pet owners.
It was a real gift to have Joseph watch over my cats and home! Up until I left for my trip, I had every sense that he was going to be a reliable, responsible, and safe person to have in my home—not only because I met him in person first, but because he was completely available, present, and receptive during what ended up being a 45-minute video call the day before I left. I had requested photos of the cats every now and then, and he ended up sending me photos every 2-3 days of my cats loving up on him. This meant so much to me. I was able to feel connected to my pets so wonderfully through him. Given his excellent communication and responsiveness, his peaceful and thoughtful demeanor, and the fact that one of my cats still misses him a bit (I can just tell), I would definitely recommend Joe as a pet sitter/house sitter!
Joe was patient, gentle & kind with our gal Francine. It can take a bit of time for her to warm up to a new person and he took it slow & easy with her, allowing her to feel comfy & secure. After just a couple of days, she began curling up next to him on the couch. Her energy on walks can really amp up and Joe was prepared for the pace! She gets super excited when she sees other dogs in the neighborhood, and Joe even kept an eye out for her favorite Buddy so they could have some time to play together. He sent us updates for the couple of weeks we were away & followed the feeding instructions Francine needs to make sure her pancreatitis didn't flare up. We'd have Joe back to sit anytime!
