Trustworthy, Family-like Pet Care!
Ever since I was seven years old, I've been a dedicated dog owner. I've had the joy of raising four wonderful dogs over the years. A goofy golden retriever, two affectionate American Staffordshire Terriers, and my current furry companion, an Alaskan Klee Kai. I've always been the go-to person for family and friends when it comes to caring for their pets. Whether it's walking, bathing, or training, I'm always there to help out. I believe in setting clear boundaries, but I also make sure there's plenty of time for fun, long walks, trips to the beach, and, of course, lots of belly rubs and ear scratches.

Astro was well cared for by Joseph. His communication was excellent. Joseph sent pictures of Astro going on walks with his dog Kiwi.

Joseph did a fantastic job walking and taking care of my pup. My dog is selective with who he likes and how he reacts with people, but Joseph was able to accommodate all needs even if accidents were to arise. I appreciate all of his communication and his patiences with my pup.

Joseph was incredible. Very professional, communicative, and patient as my dog, Lou, was a bit nervous in a new environment. Joseph went above and beyond to make Lou comfortable, taking him in extra walks and even dealing with a few nervous accidents. I’m beyond thankful for his extremely calm and thoughtful care.
Joe was great! So responsive and great with Sammy. He sent us pictures and updates and we felt good that Sammy was in great care!

Schedule
I work from home, so during the week, I am available early mornings from 7 - 10 am, afternoons from 12 - 1:30 pm or so and evenings after 4 pm. I am happy to work with you to understand your needs, as my schedule can be flexible. I am also fully available on weekends from 7-9 am, 12-2 pm and 4-7 pm. As far as boarding, I am fully available to care for your pet. Just let me know what you are looking for!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small fenced-in front yard and in walking distance to Lake Shore, where I take my dog. When taking care of your family, I will be sure to understand your preferences. I have a crate if needed, but I am happy to allow your pet on the bed, couch, or one of the three beds around the home. Additionally, if your pet plays well with other dogs, my pup will love it. She is very playful and loving!
Pets
A typical day
I love to go for long walks, hit up Montrose Beach, or take the dog for a run. I try to stay away from busy dog runs but will go when there are only a few dogs. I also have a big bucket of toys to play inside and a few treat puzzles that I like to use.
