I work early mornings, which means I’m home and available most afternoons and evenings to spend time with your pets. Since I’m not in school right now, I have plenty of energy and flexibility to give them the care and attention they need.

A typical day
I love to keep pets engaged both physically and mentally throughout the day. We’ll enjoy walks around the neighborhood, explore nearby parks, play fun games indoors and outdoors, and of course, take breaks for cuddles, belly rubs, and rest. I make sure their routine feels familiar and comforting so they feel happy and secure while you’re away.

Hi, my name is Joselyn and I’m 21 years old. I grew up with a chihuahua and a cat who brought so much joy to my life. I also cared for community cats in my old neighborhood, so animals have always been close to my heart. I recently moved to Virginia to live with my mom, and I’m happy to be reunited with my senior chihuahua again. Being around him reminds me every day how important patience, gentleness, and love are when caring for pets, especially older ones. I also have experience with dog walking and pet sitting through Rover, as well as caring for pets belonging to family and friends in real life. This has helped me become comfortable with different personalities, routines, and care needs. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or keeping your pets company at your place, I’d be happy to help. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, and gets a potty break (plus cuddles or playtime!). If you’d like a full walk for extra exercise, please book a Dog Walking service separately so I can give them the time and attention they deserve. Your pets will always be cared for with love, patience, and fun. ❤️🐾

Joselyn is a wonderful and reliable dog caregiver who has looked after my 1-year-old dog, Camie, multiple times.
