I have had a dog since i was 12 years old, the first dog i had was a chihuahua/miniature pinscher named Dinky. He was an older doggo but he was very active and could run super fast. A few years having Dinky I went to Mexico for a trip and came back with a 5 week old puppy named Ruby, she is a Small Griffon Basset Vendeen. I was able to potty train Ruby and still give attention to Dinky since he had gotten his teeth removed a bit before i got back, Dinky was a grumpy dog so at first he didn’t like Ruby but a few weeks later he got used to her and I trained her not to jump or push Dinky since he was a very small dog, he weighted just under 5 pounds and Ruby was 6 pounds almost 7. I have been my family’s pet sitter for about 4 years now and I feel very good knowing they have that trust with me and seeing how happy their pets react when they see me. All dogs have different personalities and I am always happy to adapt to it!
