Reviews
I boarded my 2 year old lab with Josee and could tell he had a great time. I got lots of updates throughout the visit of him playing with her goldendoodle, running around her large property and playing. I look forward to heading out on more trips now that I've found someone that I can trust to care for my boy and know that he will be in good hands.
Josee has been great with our poodle, Dexter. We can see that she’s a genuine animal lover and that our dog is always happy to see her. Josee is reliable, punctual and trustworthy. We will continue to use Josee and would highly recommend her. Garry & Louise C.
Josee has been watching our new puppy for us for a few weeks now. We are very happy with her care, and she's even helped us with curbing some of his bad behaviors.
Josee boarded my senior dog for two days and I was so happy with the service. It’s great to find someone that boards dogs in her home. I’ll definitely use her services again. Highly recommended!

I’m highly respectful of your dogs’ individual needs, if they have a routine to follow and I will do whatever is needed to ensure that you feel comfortable with leaving your furry friend in my care—I will treat your pet as my own. Prior to scheduling, I like to do a face-to-face meeting before beginning my services. I am available days, early evenings and some weekends for clients who are scheduling regularly. When caring for your loved one(s), I will begin by assessing your dogs’ behavior and comfort level upon each visit. I am highly respectful of house rules and routines and will always advocate for your pet. **PRICING & SCHEDULING** Please contact me for pricing and service schedules as prices listed on Rover are not firm. Please note that "pet sitting" consists of 2-4 visits per day (priced per visit). Pricing and scheduling will be discussed to determine what best suits your pets needs. Information Josee C. would like to know about your pet
I like to be up to date on your pets routines and schedules and of any specific medical needs. Proof of vaccinations is required so I can ensure their safety while in my care. I am happy to work with different types of animal behaviours but need to be made aware of any aggression or bite history, again for the safety of your pet and mine.
A typical day
I love seeing any animal feeling fulfilled, enriched and dogs being dogs! Assessing an animals specific needs will help me identify which activities they might enjoy. Activities such as snuffle mats, kibble/treat scatters (and other mental enrichment games), decompression/sniff walks, training, fetch, tug, hikes, etc.

Availability
Whether it’s a daily walk, a quick drop-in, if you have a puppy or senior senior dog, you can count on me to ensure that your pet is happy, safe, and comfortable. I thrive on giving pets what they need—from walks to enrichment, snuggles, training, or just being a companion while you’re away. I am a confident handler and very respectful to each dogs wants and needs based on behavior, body language, and breed. I am confident in handling your nervous, difficult, or anxious dog if this is a concern. As a reactive dog owner, I understand it can be difficult or frustrating taking them out or ensuring that they’ve had enough mental stimulation and exercise during the day. Learning about dog behavior/body language, separation anxiety and positive reinforcement/force-free training has also been a large area of focus in the last 5 years and I'm certified in pet first-aid - I never leave the house without my pet first-aid kit! I have also developed a passion in canine nutrition.
