Pet care experience
Experience with both cats and dogs, big and small that may or may not get along with each other. I also have experience with exotic pets, such as birds or ferrets and even aquarium maintenance both freshwater and saltwater.

Always updating us and keeping us in the loop on what Kingston does
We booked Jose for a couple of walks and a week long housesit for our dog. Not only did Jose take wonderful care of our dog (who isn’t the easiest dog to care for), but he also handled an emergency for us (our water pipe burst and was leaking). We are so thankful Jose was there or else it could have been a bigger disaster. Jose was so polite, kind and proactive from beginning to end. He even stayed longer than needed so our dog wouldn’t be alone too long on his last day. We will absolutely use Jose again if we haven’t scared him off. Thank you so much!

I have a variety of pets, including a freshwater aquarium, cats, and ferrets, making sure that they all get along is difficult, but with constant supervision is a pleasure and its its own right.
A typical day
I have pets that require to be caged when not being observed so I make sure to give them plenty of time outside of their cage, so they can have fun and get constant stimulation. One of my pets also requires a very strict diet so feeding her at very specific time is important. my job allows me to be very flexible in my hours so I will work during times that my pets don’t require much attention and then I’ll return by the time that they need to be fed lunch and have some afternoon playtime before going back out. I repeat this process for dinner when I come home.
