Please be transparent with any special needs your pet/s may have. First and foremost, I care about the animals so I would like to make sure I’m not oblivious to clear signs and I’m happy to work with them.
A typical day
I’m a gentleman so I will first greet them and shake their paw. I enjoy starting with high energy activity such as running around at the dog park, playing fetch, or tug of war. Then, we enjoy a rest and maybe a snack (if it’s allowed). At home, they get love and attention when they seek it or I let them chew on their toys. I like having music playing and in my experience they enjoy winding down that way.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of 4-5 smaller dogs at home since I was a kid. I also frequently housesit a couple of energetic and strong pit bulls for my sister’s family. I LOVE getting to know each animal’s personality and learn how they want to play or be loved on. Friendly and gentle dogs are wonderful but I also love the big playful ones who like to wrestle.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about José! He took exceptional care of our dog, Annie, for almost four weeks while we were out of the country. He provided regular photo updates and Annie had plenty of love and care. He left our house in immaculate condition and took great care of my plants - they look better than they did before we left! We won’t hesitate to use José again in the future.
