I grew up around dogs and have always been the person friends and family trusted to take care of theirs, whether that meant walks, feeding, or just keeping them company. Experiencing all kinds of breeds and the unique personality each dog has sharpened my ability to read animal body language and pick up on the small signals that show how they’re feeling. I pay close attention to those cues so I can make sure every pet I’m with feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy on their walk. I picked up dog walking as a flexible side gig while studying for the bar exam because it fits my schedule while letting me do something I enjoy.

I take a proactive approach on every walk, closely watching each dog’s body language to adjust pace, direction, and breaks so they stay comfortable and happy. I also stay alert to the surroundings; traffic, other animals, and environmental conditions, to keep every walk safe and controlled. My focus is balancing the dog’s needs with constant awareness of their environment for a smooth, secure walk.

Jose was very professional and took great care of my elderly cat while I had to leave town for a few days. He always was prompt with visits, and sent pics of the visit. He spent some time with her each day. I'd happily have him come and take care of my cat again!

Jose was a fantastic pet sitter for my cat Louie! He was always communicative, caring, and thoughtful. He made sure to ask what Louie's favorite treats and activities were and then made sure to use those throughout the week. I really appreciated how engaged he was with Louie and he always made sure to send photos and updates. He was incredibly responsible and committed to taking the best care of Louie as possible. I am so grateful to have had him as a cat sitter during this time and would suggest him to anyone looking for a really kind, communicative, and engaged pet sitter!

Jose has watched my kitty, Goose, on several occasions! He always does such a fantastic job. She is typically very shy, but she is always so excited to see him! Every time he goes to check on her, he sends photos and detailed updates of how she is doing, which keeps my mind at ease while I travel. I hate leaving her, but having such a great pet sitter like Jose makes it 100 times easier!

Schedule
I am currently studying for the bar exam so my schedule is flexible! I am available from 7 am - 7pm Monday - Fridays. DM for weekend availability.
