My primary job provides me with the flexibilty needed to be on Rover and care for animals which is something I immensely enjoy. I prefer not staying static...so any opportunity to help others is a major plus.

My cat has dietary restrictions that I adhere to strictly... and access to an enclosed catio to keep her from getting bored with access to fresh air and sunshine. Prior to his passing, I took my German shepherd along on just about every hike/jog/walk with me.

Please let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs and/or preferences. Please feel free to provide as much detail as possible. I have worked with several clients that have extensive routines they need followed to the letter, but am also perfectly happy to keep it simple if that's your preference.
A typical day
In addition to playing with your pet(s) and their toys, I'm happy to just keep them company for awhile... and with dogs, I'm always happy to take them on half-mile or one-mile walks if that's something they need.

I've cared for cats of all ages and for multiple cats at the same time. I've cared for cats with strict dietary needs and am well-versed/experienced with administering medication(s) as required. Having a cat myself, I also understand the importance of play, company, and stimulus that they need to thrive.

Jose has taken care of my cats on many occasions when I’ve been out of town, and I always feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. As a cat lover himself, he understands how important it is to give my little buddies plenty of attention and enrichment when their usual people aren’t home. Our two 7-year-old cats love Jose! Jose has come through for us as a reliable cat sitter many times. He’s great at communicating and fast to respond. I’d highly recommend him!
