Studies have shown that interactive play can help lower stress and build a stronger bond between dogs and people by releasing oxytocin, the same hormone tied to love and trust. I’ve seen firsthand how a simple game can help a nervous dog feel seen and safe. I’m not in this for the money. I just like helping dogs feel more confident and comfortable in the world.
