I grew up taking care of animals, and I have worked professionally with them on and off for over two years. I've mainly used Wag! to make prior bookings, and I have a five star rating and over 30 positive reviews. I am very intuitive about the needs of animals and am well versed in their behavior and how to interact with pets that need special attention. I enjoy going for long walks, playing interactive games with pets, grooming them, and overall making sure they are well taken care of. I’m trustworthy and reliable. I’m open to taking on more responsibilities. I am capable of handling dogs that are strong and have potential behavior issues. I believe they all should be loved and and that patience goes a long way in bonding with pets. Safety and following your instructions are always my top priority.

Jo helped take care of my dog for me during some busy weeks at work and did a great job. My dog can be a bit needy but Jo took her on long walks around the neighborhood to tire her out so she would settle down and be quiet while I worked. It was such a huge help. Will definitely be using and recommending in the future!

A typical day
I enjoy long walks, and spending time playing with animals. Including cats, I am happy to get your cat indoor exercise with fun interactive games. I even manage to get the lazier ones interested and engaged. I'd be happy to bring your dog to a park to socialize and run around, or even take the high energy ones on a jog.

Availability
I have a very open schedule for now and am very flexible and willing to work with clients needs. However, because I get booking all over the Bay area, I do need to plan things out a few days ahead of time. I get up quite early and tend to try and be done for the day by 8pm.
