A Dog Lover - just without my own yet
Deutsch/Englisch... This is really more of an opportunity for me to play with your dog, than for you to find someone to watch them ;) I would love to own a dog, but neither work nor privat life makes it possible. I have lived with a dog for five years, which gave me valuable hands-on experience with daily care, walks, feeding, and overall responsibility. I have also volunteered walking dogs from an animal shelter, where I learned how to handle different personalities and needs with patience and care. In addition, I have experience dog sitting for friends, making sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and would love to have my own one day. Until then, I’m happy to share my time, attention, and love with the dogs I look after.

Jörn ist super nett und strahlt eine Ruhe aus, die sich sofort auf den Hund überträgt! Er hört zu und nimmt sich Anmerkungen und Wünsche zu Herzen. Er schickt regelmäßig Foto Updates, was mich sehr beruhigt hat. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass mein Hund in guten Händen ist und wir buchen Jörn auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Jörn ist ein super tierlieb und hat schon viele Male auf meinen Berry aufgepasst. Er kümmert sich liebevoll um die ihm anvertrauten Hunde und bisher habe ich nur gutes über ihn im Freundeskreis gehört. Wärmstens zu empfehlen! :)
Unser Hund hatte seine erste spontane Betreuung bei Jörn und es war alles total unkompliziert. Der Sitter war super lieb, hat uns regelmäßig Fotos geschickt und Updates gegeben☺️ unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt und kam happy wieder nach Hause. Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung!

Schedule
I’m mostly free on weekends and have the flexibility to work from home when needed. Your dog would also be more than welcome to join me on my daily stroll along the Rhine and through the Waldpark. Depending on your dog’s personality, we can enjoy more active and social times or choose quieter, more relaxed time together.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is calm and safe, with little to break or nothing that can cause harm. I don’t have any other pets or children, so your dog would receive my full attention in a quiet environment. The apartment is peaceful, and your dog would have its own comfortable retreat space to relax. I also live in a quiet part of the city with very little traffic, making walks safe and stress-free.
A typical day
A typical day would include plenty of fresh air and movement. We would mostly go for walks along the Rhine, enjoying the scenery and open space. On weekends, we might go on longer walks or even small hikes, depending on the dog’s energy level. If your dog is social and enjoys company, we can also meet up with friends for relaxed and friendly outings. Of course, there will always be time for play, rest, and lots of attention in between.
