I’m very comfortable working with dogs who have special needs or medical conditions, though I do ask that owners let me know ahead of time so I can provide the best care possible. It’s important for me to understand your pet’s medical history, medications, preferences, temperament, and level of training before entering their space so I can ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
A typical day
I’m a huge fan of getting outside and exploring with my own dogs, so I’d love to do the same with your pups! Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch in the backyard, or just relaxing in the sunshine, I enjoy making sure dogs stay active, happy, and comfortable.

Hi! My name is Jorja, I’m a vet student, and I’ve been a pet owner for over 10 years. I currently offer dog walking, dog sitting, and drop-in care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m very comfortable handling animals of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels! I know from personal experience that life can get busy and it’s not always easy to find the time or energy for long walks and consistent care. I’d love to help keep your pup happy, healthy, active, and well cared for while giving you peace of mind. Jorja was amazing with the dogs. She leapt in last minute when one of the dogs was injured and I wasn’t comfortable leaving the dogs in a group setting while I was away. I was able to focus on work while I was gone and came home to happy, healthy pets!
We booked Jorja last minute for my son's graduation and she was very flexible with her time to help us out, even when the times changed after booking! We have a full house with 4 dogs and 2 cats who happened to have a few medical issues on the day and she handled it like a pro! Jorja likes to be prepared and came for a quick meet and greet ahead of time so that everybody felt comfortable on the day of, and they did. Our pets treated her like a member of the family right away (which is not always the case with new people). She was also very responsive when we were away if we checked in with her, and also sent updates of any changes (good or bad). We felt like everyone was in good hands, and this is the first time we left the pets without feeling stressed for over a year! We will definitely be booking her again while she is available this summer!!!
Jorja is wonderful! She is both reliable and an excellent communicator. She was able to handle the special needs of our high energy, 5 month old shepherd cross puppy and very senior golden with excellent care. She has a lovely calm way with our dogs, and we are delighted to recommend her for pet care!
Jorja dogsat for me when I had to go take care of a family emergency, she was an absolute lifesaver. Bentley and Cooper loved her, and Cooper especially can be uneasy around strangers and new people. They were always fed, happy, and she took them out for multiple walks a day, not to mention my house was spotless afterwards! Jorja has a very calming presence for dogs and I highly recommend her if you’re seeking someone to care for your furry friends!
