Caring Walks for Your Best Friend
I've loved dogs and cats since I was nine, when I got (or made my parents get) my first doggo (Nahla). Later on, I snuck a kitten from my aunts hobby farm into our car, and he’s stayed with us ever since (Vinnie). Nahla and Vinnie are such love bugs, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds (yes, I even have four pet spiders). While I’m new to dog walking/pet sitting as a formal side-job, I bring years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog/cat and those of my extended family. I’m reliable, respectful, and attentive to each animals unique needs and routine, whether that means a calm stroll, pets, or an energetic adventure. I understand that your dog/cat is part of your family, and I treat every walk (drop-in) with that level of care. I’m happy to provide updates, follow instructions closely, and make sure your dog/cat feels safe, loved, and happy every step of the way.

I follow any routines or instructions closely -- whether that means feeding schedules, medications, crate time, or favorite walking routes. I always make sure pets have fresh water, get the exercise and attention they need, and feel relaxed while their people are away. In someone else’s home, I’m respectful of their space and aim to leave everything just as I found it. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos to give peace of mind. My goal is to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible for both pets and their humans

Schedule
I'm currently a PhD student, but during the summer, all of my work is research-based and done remotely. That means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Pet care fits in naturally -- I love taking breaks from the computer to get outside, stretch my legs, and spend time with my dog (her name is Nahla). Walks and check-ins are easy to plan around my research, and I enjoy the balance it brings to my day.
