The sitter was timely for the first dates. We booked her for three days, and she did not show in the 3rd day, Sunday. I noticed an hour and a half after she was to provide service, that she never showed. So, I reached out to her. She contacted back and said she was having some car trouble but was trying to get to our appointment. I never heard from her anymore. The issues are: my dogs had no water, hadn't been out for morning exercise nor were able to use it, depriving them of their right and their schedule. We made it home to find one of my dogs standing in the corner of his kennel to avoid standing in his pee and poop that was present due to her lack. Second issue is lack of communication. Thr sitter knew she had an issue or was not showing, she shoukd have communicated. But, she didnt. I feel she would have not had I not reached out. She only reached back out rear 4 pm when I asked about my refund. Still no follow up from earlier. Regarding the drop ins, I did not get a personal touch for our animals with regard to interest. I have used Rover twice before her, and the sitters were great. They sent a couple photos of the pups and/or a brief video. From her, it seemed as if we got the bare minimum "proof of life" photo. One of each. I know she wasn't required for more, and I am comparing to my previous sitters, but I included the information to support my stance about care that comes across in her bio versus what we got. My family will not use her services again in the future.

Jordyn is Great! She was very attentive and made sure that the pups were all taken care . I highly recommend her for any future visits!

Jordyn is one of the best people that I have ever seen around animals. She is very caring, nurturing, compassionate, thoughtful, extraordinary, and extremely loving.

I’ve worked with her at a dog kennel, she is so gentle and loving. She really cares about the needs of any dog. She goes above and beyond to take care of any furry friend. Dogs seem to really take to her. I trust her with my own dogs. Truly a very wonderful and caring person when it comes to the well being of dogs.
