I am very passionate about caring for animals of all species and sizes! I worked for a dog rescue for 5 years including working in the medical clinic and as the Lifesaving and Care Manager, so I have experience caring for dogs in all life stages and with all sorts of medical needs. I am experienced with giving medication, injections, vaccines, and assessing their health and wellbeing. I also rode horses for 10 years and have experience working in a full service training barn. I was a regular pet sitter at a client's home caring for 4 dogs, 5 horses, a pig, 2 goats, and 2 tortoises which was my favorite job by far! I have my own dogs and cats that I love dearly. I will follow all instructions you leave regarding your pets. I am very diligent about making sure your dogs are walked daily and let out for consistent bathroom breaks. I am very familiar with crate training and my own dogs are crate trained. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love pets. I will treat them as if they are my own. If they normally sleep in bed with you, I will 100% let them sleep in the bed with me. I just ask that you are honest and upfront about any behavioral issues your pets may have. I have experience with dogs that have resource guarding issues, aggression, are escape artists, have to be kept separate from other pets, etc, but in order to give both your pet and I the best possible experience, I ask that you are honest about any behaviors that may impact our time spent together. I personally own a mastiff and a pitbull mix, so I am very familiar with large breeds and have personally had dogs that needed to be kept separate all times. I also had my own horse for many years and have always had cats around as well! I personalize each experience to fit your pet's exact needs. Jordyn is an extremely responsible person and she loves being around and caring for animals. She has years of experience, having had dogs her whole life. She also worked at a large dog rescue and was in charge of making sure each dog got the correct food and medication (if needed). She is organized and respectful and takes pride in her work. With Jordyn, the animals will always come first!

Schedule
I currently work part-time various days throughout the week, but my shifts are typically only 5-7 hours. I am very diligent about making sure that your dogs get walked daily and bathroom breaks often throughout the day. I will make any needed accommodations for any medical needs your pets may have. I also have a pet friendly car with a travel crate and a backseat canopy, so if you know your furry friends love to go for rides to get a pup cup or pup patty, I will gladly take them!
Prices include all fees.
