I am currently going to be a senior in college, so I am available until I go back to school at the end of August. I work a few days a week during the summer, mostly on weekends, but the days change weekly and I typically know my availability a few weeks in advance and / or can make any necessary changes.

I currently have three cats in my home, so pet care would likely have to take place in the home of the pet. I know from experience that displacing cats as well as introducing them to others is a difficult and stressful process, and I feel that they would be most comfortable in their own home and would be more than willing to make the trip to see them. I also believe that any dogs would likely be most comfortable in their own homes due to the prescence of my own cats.

A typical day
I love to play with pets using their favorite toys, interacting with them as often as they want. I’d love to take pets outside if they need to go for a walk, giving them treats and letting them get all their energy out.

Pet care experience
I have had cats and taken care of them my entire life, so I and more than capable of caring for them and knowing their needs. I have also previously had a bunny and fish, so I am able to adjust to and know the needs of smaller animals as well. Whole I have never had a dog myself, I have close family members who have had dogs nearly my entire life and therefore I have been around them forever and know how to care for them as well. I feel most comfortable with smaller or calmer dogs, but am comfortable with any and all cats. Your pets will always receive the best care and I will likely stay longer than I should just to play with them!

This was my first time using rover and leaving our cats alone this long but Jordyn was honestly so great. During the meet and greet the cats immediately liked her. And for each drop-in Jordyn sent us multiple pictures and a description of the visit which made being away so much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing cat care.
