While Coco was physically okay when we picked him up, I would not recommend this sitter based on our experience. Our main concern was communication. During the stay, the sitter became unresponsive for extended periods despite multiple messages and phone calls. We understand that sitters may not always be able to provide immediate updates, but we believe it is reasonable to expect a response when pet owners are actively trying to check on their pet. At one point, we went approximately 18 hours without any response, and overall we were unable to get confirmation about Coco’s well-being for more than a day. When the sitter eventually replied, we received an apology for the delay but no explanation for the lack of communication. Because we could not confirm that Coco was safe and being cared for, we became increasingly concerned and ultimately decided to return home early from our trip. While Coco appeared healthy and well upon pickup, the lack of communication created significant uncertainty and stress throughout the stay. Returning home early also resulted in substantial unexpected travel expenses and disruption to our vacation plans. Reliable communication is an important part of pet sitting, especially when owners are away and relying on updates for peace of mind. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met during our booking. While we are grateful that Coco was ultimately okay, the overall experience was disappointing, and for that reason, I would not choose to book with this sitter again.

Jordano is by far the best dog sitter we have ever had and trust him with our pups going on 4 trips! He is attentive to our elderly dog 🐕 and provides an abundance of love to both pups and provides a true oasis for them and peace of mind while we are away💙

I recently had the pleasure of having jordano watch my dog for a week while I was on vacation. At first I was hesitant as it was my first time sending my dog off with a complete stranger I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I met jordano it was clear that he genuinely loves animals. He took the time to understand my dog's routine ensuring he felt comfortable and secure while I was away. Daily updates and adorable photos and videos kept me at ease, and I could tell my pup was having a blast with all the attention he was getting. When I returned home he was happy and well cared for which speaks volumes about his dedication. I highly recommend his services to any pet owner looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter! Definitely will be having him watch milo again.
