I'll love them like you do!
I've loved animals and had pets my whole life from guppies, gerbils and saltwater fish to cats, fostering puppies, training friends' dogs and now my amazing rescue dog. Prior to my pup, whom I have with my hubby, I've been the sole caretaker for all my critters throughout the years. As my first kitty, Miranda, had seizures and all of my cats lived to be over 18, I'm comfortable with special needs pets and administering medication. I miss other floofers (the pup is our only pet) so I can't wait to lavish attention on your pups, kitties, bunnies or other adorable munchkins. With my high drive, reactive dog I've discovered I absolutely love training! Following the latest research and implementing it with love, it's like magic to have so much fun together building a positive relationship and learning useful skills or smart tricks. Mental stimulation, like tricks and sniffy walks, tires a dog out faster than exercise so I'm happy to work with you to find the best balance for your pup. If there’s a specific issue you want to work on (reactivity, leash pulling, potty training, etc) I’m happy to show you the trainers I follow and make a plan together, or follow your trainer's recommendations. As an event photographer, I am available to lavish attention on your four-footed family during the week, but I often need someone to look after my rambunctious critter on weekends, so I know how important it is to be dead reliable and have experience with a wide range of behaviors. You know your pet best so I'll happily follow all tips and requests and do it all with enthusiasm and fun! Let's set up a meet and greet, I can't wait to meet your furry family!

As the previous owner to three cats and currently one behaviorally challenged pupper I'm extremely well versed in the body language of both and know how important it is to let your munchkins set the pace and meet them where they're at - if they want to play and chase and be crazy that's awesome. If they want to cuddle and be loved on, I'm there for them. If they want some time to warm up to me, I love it - I'm patient, kind and only want what makes them happy.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and patient with our rescue dog, who has a bit of separation anxiety and some fear aggression related to his leash/harness. She takes time to get to know the dog's individual needs and behaviors and also is happy to share her own experiences to help you in the process.
Jordan loves your pet like you do! She’s so patient and so sweet with animals of all sorts- you will just love working with her, too. She’s smart, will ask lots of questions about what your animal might need, but once she knows their quirks, she’ll just love up them. Hire her to train your dog, too! She knows A TON and has experience with her own special needs dog.

Schedule
As an event photographer, I'm mostly available during the week but I often have weekends free as well. Weekday walks mean that many hiking trails and fields are less busy and I'd love to bring your dog on some adventures or practice any skills/training/games you're working on. Need someone to drop by and play with your kitty or give them some loving? Feeling overwhelmed during puppy class and want a second pair of eyes and ears there with you? Does your bunny need some scritches while you're at work? I can't wait!
