My schedule is free for booking! I will be there for your pet while you’re attending to other responsibilities. Dog-walking: After sundown (5:30pm) I will not be able to provide dog-walking services; however, I will stay and keep your pet company for the full booking session. If you have a fenced-in yard, I can let your pet out. If your property is unfenced, I can let them potty in your yard. For my safety (and your pet’s), I ask that you keep these accommodations in mind when you book with me.

When it comes to pets, understanding boundaries and body language is very important to me. My dog experienced abuse at the hands of her previous owner before I adopted her from a shelter. I have seen her and other formerly abused dogs behave warily around humans and from this, I learned the importance of building trust and respecting the boundaries of any animal. Treats and gentleness go a long way in gaining your pets’ trust—I will only do what your pet is comfortable with and not force them to try things that they are not open to. I lead with love because that is what these sweet creatures deserve.

Please let me know your pup’s temperament, especially on walks when they see other dogs or people. It will better prepare me for how to handle the situation when another pet and their owner come across our path. Please leave your pet’s vet and contact information for me either in an easily accessible location in your home or over text. This will be extremely helpful if an emergency were to arise.
A typical day
On walks, I will let your pet sniff to their hearts’ content because the walk is for them! It’s playtime, stimulation of the senses, and exercise all in one! Your pet will get plenty of treats (within reason of, course) and belly rubs :)

Hi, I'm Jordan--I would be honored to be your pet's best friend while you're away! PLEASE READ BEFORE REACHING OUT: I am now working full-time interchangeably from 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm Mondays-Fridays. My weekends are free! My location is set to only 10 minutes from my job so that I can drop-in on your pets during my 1-hour lunch if I am staying with them full-time/overnight. I want to be as transparent as possible so that pet parents don’t waste time inquiring about my services if their pets need lots of stimulation during the day. If house sitting services are what you need, I guarantee that your house will be left exactly as I found it. I also take care of small household tasks like bringing in mail or adjusting lights for security. If house sitting by day is booked, I will ensure your pet is completely comfortable before I leave for the night. Jordan was a fantastic house and dog sitter for her first stay with me. She was reliable, communicated clearly throughout, and kept me updated with great photos and videos of my dogs—which I really appreciated. It gave me total peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also left my home very clean and well cared for. I would absolutely have her back again!
