Jordan was very responsive and professional. She sent pictures throughout the stay as well. We will definitely use her in the future as she is very close to my in laws house.
I've only boarded Baxter once before but I was still just as nervous as the first time. Jordan made me feel so much better about it all. She sent me updates, pictures, a video, and accommodated my dog's need for "privacy" to go #2. My dog felt immediately comfortable with her family and came home so happy! If I ever need to book again, I will definitely look for Jordan again 😊
Jordan did an excellent job taking care of our bulldog! Jordan administered medication and kept us in the loop with frequent updates. We would trust our dog with Jordan again!
