When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is helping them feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality and needs, whether that means giving them space to warm up or engaging with them through play and interaction. Many dogs benefit from extra activity, so I’m always happy to include playtime when it fits their energy level. This can be a game of fetch, light tug-of-war, or simply spending focused time with them. When playtime winds down, I’m just as happy to relax and offer cuddles to dogs who enjoy affection. No matter a pet’s energy level, I aim to keep their routine familiar and their time with me positive, calm, and stress-free.

The positive I will say is when I told Jordan our trip got shortened and we were coming home early he took the time to figure out how to refund us for those days and even waived the cancelation fee which I really appreciated. Jordan also gave Nivaan’s meds when he needed them. As for the other feedback I have I will stick to the facts of what I know. There were multiple things discussed and even written down that Jordan did not do. Something as easy as giving our dog the toy we got specifically for Jordan to give to him while we were gone. I also received no updates even though I wrote down that I would appreciate some, and when I inquired asking how my dog was doing I got a very short response with no detail. There were a few other things that I had expected Jordan to do (again which were discussed/written down) that he didn’t do. It comes off to me like a lack of care and it makes me question how things went while we were gone. Communication on Jordan’s end could have been much better in my opinion.
Jordan was wonderful! He took great care of our dogs and we really appreciate him staying at our house. We will definitely book him again!
As usual, Jordan was great with our pups. He graciously handled one of our dogs having an upset tummy and he was respectful of our home. Thank you Jordan! We appreciate you so much!
We had a great experience with Jordan. He was not intimidated by the energy of our two rambunctious boxers, and he gladly handled any behavior issues that arose while they were in his care. He took wonderful care of our home and did the things we asked like get the mail and take the trash to the road for pickup. Jordan was responsive whenever I checked in and he took the time to provide thorough updates. We highly recommend Jordan and hope to use his services again in the future!
Jordan was awesome with my Yorkie. He made sure to keep me updated, gave her plenty of attention, and made me feel comfortable leaving her at home with him.

Schedule
My schedule is flexible, which allows me to plan my time around the pets I’m caring for. I prioritize maintaining routines and being present during house-sitting stays so pets feel comfortable and settled. On weekends, I may step out briefly for personal commitments, but I always plan ahead and make sure pets are cared for and checked in on consistently.
