I have had cats my entire life. I have never met a cat I didn’t like—or a cat that didn’t seem to like me. I currently share my home with Bishnu, my 1.5-year-old Ragdoll. Recently, I said goodbye to my beloved 18-year-old cat, Virgil, who formed an immediate bond with Bishnu when he joined our family. Before that, I lost my sweet Monet in 2024 at the age of 14. I had the privilege of raising both Virgil and Monet from kittens, and I was honored to hold each of them in my arms as they peacefully transitioned. Over the years, I traveled across the country with my cats, cared for them through every stage of life, and supported them through both vibrant health and the challenges that come with aging. As a result, I am comfortable caring for kittens, adult cats, and senior cats alike. Senior cats hold a particularly special place in my heart. Having cared for my own beloved companions into their golden years, I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and compassion they often need. There is something incredibly meaningful about supporting a senior cat’s comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Whether that means administering medications, providing subcutaneous fluids, accommodating mobility changes, or simply offering a calm and reassuring presence, I am honored to care for them with the devotion they deserve. I have hands-on experience administering medications and providing subcutaneous fluids, and I am comfortable caring for cats with more complex medical or age-related needs. In addition to attentive physical care, I am happy to provide Reiki and gentle energy work for animals whose guardians value that support. Animals have always seemed to feel at ease around me, and caring for them comes naturally. I have a calm, grounded presence and a natural ability to connect with cats of all personalities. I am reliable, responsible, communicative, and deeply devoted to the well-being of the animals entrusted to my care. I work full-time as a regulatory affairs professional and also teach yoga, but cat sitting is truly a passion of mine. It is a meaningful way for me to connect with more cats and support fellow cat guardians. While your beloved companion is in my care, I will treat them with the same love, respect, attention, and devotion that I give my own. Your cat’s safety, comfort, happiness, and well-being will always be my highest priority. 🐾

I can easily scoop litter, change out water bowls daily, sweep up any messes, groom cats, and cuddle them too. I will devote myself to your furry loved one - like they are my own.

She has been our cat sitter for awhile now and always does a superb job. Our cat had to be on antibiotics and she did such a good job giving alice her pills. It not an easy feat to get a grumpy cat to take medicine. We always come home to a happy cat.

Unfortunately I could not recommend Jordan.. we hired her to come over and tend to our two kitties. One being an adult and the other being a kitten (who is getting over a urinary problem and uses the bathroom FREQUENTLY) while I understand mistakes happen.. she closed off the door to where their litter box was. I am on vacation and noticed 6 hours later after checking our kitty cameras… i saw our poor kitten trying to claw into the door to use the restroom. I’m still writing this while on vacation so I have no clue what kind of damages or if there’s any that leave me at my house. But thankfully I was able to call another rover sitter who went over right after i noticed to save the day. I had typed in my messages as well to please remove shoes and leave in garage or by the front door which she failed to do the first time and I had to remind her for the second visit. Wearing shoes in someone’s home is disrespectful if you wear in your home that’s fine but be respectful to other peoples wishes. Someone is paying you to do a job and if you are to incompetent to follow simple instructions, check over your work, and keep animals safe so they can use the bathroom then maybe this job isn’t for you. I just hope this does not happen to anyone else.
Jordan did a great job with my cats. She was very responsible and helpful. She thought of things I hadn’t- like making sure she knew where the carriers were in case of an emergency and also mentioned holding onto our keys in case our trip was unexpectedly extended. Loved and appreciated all the photos and detailed updates.

I am a work from home professional and have flexibility during the day for drop-in visits. I am also a yoga teacher during the evenings.
