I work limited hours during the summer months, but typically am working 7:30-4:00pm during the end of August-May. With most of my summers off, I am looking to spend additional time during the day to play and care for your pet(s)!

Please let me know of any behaviors your dog has whether they be challenging behaviors or positive/quirky behaviors. I’d love to make your pet feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Things to include: aggression, biting, excessive jumping, aggression with feeding, specific diets, activity level, any health related problems, elopement when outside, hiding, or any other things I should be cautious of.
A typical day
Activities I can engage your pets in includes cuddles, scratches, fetch, tug of war, walks (short or long) with lots of good sniffs, running, going swimming in small streams or bodies of water, time at the local dog park, and any other off-leash playing!

Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my entire life and I currently have a 8 year old, large breed dog. He comes with his own health related needs, including abnormal development of his hips and arthritis. This has allowed me to learn how to handle and care for dogs with similar issues, as well as be cautious and considerate of the needs of the animals I care for. I am able to follow special instructions and make sure I’m giving your pet the care they deserve. I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter for several years, providing mostly socialization and walking of the pets.

Jordan has experience with many different dogs for pet sitting, walking and check ins. She has worked with my two dogs and does well to manage their needs when we need someone to check on them during the day. She is a great option for dogs that need short or long walks and has some experience with behaviors!
