My family or I have owned multiple dogs or cats of all sizes my entire life. I currently own a 10 year old boxer mix and 10 year old Great Pyrenees so I am comfortable with large and small dogs. I work a from home with a flexible schedule for my day job so I am able to house sit at any time or walk at nearly any time or day.
