Jordan and her family were very welcoming to Cooper. I was sent several fun pictures of him enjoying his stay. We will be happy to use them in the future.
I used Rover for the first time and chose Jordan because of experience based on her photos with bigger dogs. She booked a last minute with a 3 day commitment requiring 2 drop in visits per day. She communicated with me quick and well, sent photos etc. I was unsure about using Rover and thought I might need to call or text, but now fully confident in the service. I would book with Jordan again in the future and probably won't go back to boarding. Our dog seemed happy to stay at home, and not stress being away from us and at a kennel.
Jordan was amazing! I plan to book her again if available! I can tell my pup was excited & happy with his doggy daycare visits. Not only did she accept my last minute booking, but she was open and very negotiable with pick uo & drop off times. She frequently sent pics, walked my pup multiple time a day & had no doubts leaving my dog in her care. Would highly encourage anyone to consider booking her for pet services!
Jordan was amazing. In her profile she mentions last-minute options & that saved our last minute trip. I'm new to Rover & expected people's availability was accurate but over a dozen people provided bad info. She accepted hours before we dropped our dog with her. She was kind & brought my dog on errands & Starbucks for a pup cup.😂 Her location is super convenient driving from Arlington to 81 on 66. She has a few children that loved playing with Opal. She didn't introduce her dog with ours which is fine. Would definitely reach out again if we go that way.
