Jools was kind and understanding with Arry who was very upset when I left him. He found a way to comfort him and keep him calm. Jools and his wife had an emergency whilst looking after Arry but they sorted out family to come and look after him which was above and beyond expectations. We have already booked with Jools again this year and would recommended him to all.
As usual Rosie has been very happy staying with Jools. Always loves it there and we have absolutely no qualms about leaving her for her holidays with Jools and Bella.
Jools is a phenomenal dog sitter. Max our labrador settled in straight away and was made to feel one of the family immediately. He loved his holiday there. Thank you!
Jools waa so very helpful with a couple of hiccups with the booking. It was the first time Teddy boarded with Jools and he kept me continually updated with lots of lovely photos too, which I found very reassuring. I will certainly be boarding Teddy withnJools again.
