Local dog (and cat!) experienced sitter/caregiver in Waltham MA with 9+ years of experience in walking, boarding, basic training and care for dogs of all types, breeds and personalities. Ready and excited to meet your special friend and help care for them over a visit, day, night boarding or week as needed. Excited to make new friends, human and canine, and expand our network in the community! References can be provided for experience and character. Prefer a short visit beforehand to get to know owners and pets. Can provide transportation by car to/from locations if required. Boarding longer than a week or dogs with special medical needs unfortunately not accepted at this time. Most visits/boardings will be one dog only for now. Looking forward to meeting you all soon! : ) I have a flexible work schedule at present so have time to take care of animals at home on a daily basis and am glad to take them in for just a night or longer-term as availability allows! I live in a third-floor walkup condo but there is plenty of open space and areas for walks right nearby and in an animal-friendly building allows great care and environment for your pets to stay with us!

My dog does not take to strangers rapidly especially males. When Jonathan met Selena it was instant connection she went over to him push up against him and was enamored with him. The picture she sent wow watching Selena show a very happy little young lady. I can't wait to use him again. I recommend him to anyone who wants a good sitter and apparently one that loves animals.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Jonathan to take care of our dog for the weekend, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, Jonathan was incredibly communicative, responding promptly to our messages and addressing all our concerns. Before the weekend, Jonathan took the time to meet with us and our dog, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and familiar with each other. This thoughtful gesture set our minds at ease. During the weekend, Jonathan went above and beyond by sending us many pictures and updates, allowing us to see that our dog was happy and well cared for. It was clear that our pup was having a great time and receiving plenty of love and attention. Overall, Jonathan provided exceptional care and made the whole process smooth and worry-free. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter.

Jonathan is a fantastic sitter! Our Corgi, Winnie, had an amazing time with him. He took him on walks, adventures, and was so loving with him. Lots of updates and pics showing the amazing time that he had. Already excited for his next stay :)
Jonathan stayed at my home and took care of my 6 year old chihuahua mix pup. She tends to be somewhat anxious especially when she's away from me. Jonathan came to the house twice before the actually date we needed him and connected with my pup in a very gentle, loving manner. She really took to him. On the day of his arrival at the house, I was boarding a flight about to take off and got a notice from my security company that the wrong code was being entered into the door for him to get into the house.I just figured that he has mistakenly punched the wrong code in, which I sometimes do. I then realized I had given him the wrong code!! At that point the flight took off and I could not communicate for over an hour. He stayed cool, called the security company and also connected with an AirBnB guest who was staying at my home; all to no avail. After about an hour, I was able to send a text and he was able to get in. He was full of grace. When we got home, we found the dog happy as could be, and the house in excellent shape. I'm looking forward to having Jonathan stay at our home again! I would recommend him very very highly as a caring and competent sitter!!
