Wouldn’t recommend he wasn’t present at the time of drop off! Didn’t reply to messages nor answer phone calls. Spoke to him earlier the day of drop off to confirm and he responded to confirm. I drove 40 mins for nothing! No response to say he wasn’t available anymore or anything that we wasn’t able to care for my dogs.
I ended up not going out of town and did not have access to my phone at the time. Jonathan messaged me asking if I still needed him to watch my dog bc he didn’t want me to get charged if I didn’t, which is great and very admirable. However, I messaged him the following day informing him I did not: no response. Messaged him again the next day and the following day: still no response. That was over a week ago and still nothing, I was charged over $250 for absolutely nothing. This is enraging and unacceptable.
He was absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely use him again. Thanks so much!!!!!
Hello my name is Ashton and Jonathan has sat my Doberman for quite some time now. I have been telling him he should start sitting for others because he does a great job with pet care. I did my pups nails and he even took her to her vet visit for me. He is so wonderful.
