Since my gf and I work as a team, we will usually be available 24/7. Rarely are we both house sitting, but my availability in Rover will reflect that.

At our home we require dogs to have rabies, bordetella, and lepta vaccinations up to date. They are allowed on the furniture and they can sleep with us :) We have extra bowls, extra blankets, and beds. We feed dogs separately, and we have gates that separate our stairs and kitchen. We also have a dog door that leads to the secure fenced patio where they can potty anytime or be walked or let out. At a client's home I am usually there fulltime with the exception of errands or getting food. I like taking notes and following your pet's schedule just like you were there yourself :)

We need to know if your dog is aggressive, has separation anxiety, spay/neutered, any history of toy or food aggression, if the dog is a rescue or came from an abusive home, any triggers that are specific, if the dog is kennel trained, how often it needs to go out to potty, any special needs or medications or allergies. We will also ask you about these questions at our meet and greet so no worries :)
A typical day
Whatever your dogs loves to play the most. I usually use ropes toys and play tug of war with a lot of dogs that tire them out. We spend a lot of time on the couch with them and playing fetch or cuddling with them. We go on walks and go to the dog park occasionally.

I live with my girlfriend and her 2 dogs and her cat. We have been working as a team for 7 years caring for pets and we both love it and form strong relationships with the pets we care for (and you of course :) I also have a cat named Jet. She found the cat outside a home she was house sitting for and it was starving. So, she brought it home and I got attached to it :) So now he's mine. I had a golden retriever for 13 years before she passed away from bone cancer. I worked at Blue Bayou when I was 14 to buy her, but from now on I'll only foster and adopt as a personal preference. I love animals, and since I work with my gf as a team your pet will have twice the care with 7 years of experience of us both being full time pet sitters behind it. I also take pretty good pictures and sometimes edit them free at no charge and put them on our instagram (see my pictures in my profile!). You can also breathe easy knowing if something happens to me or an emergency, my partner can assist to make sure your pet is cared for (you'll meet us both at the meet and greet :) Dog owners can rest assured that their dogs are happy, getting attention, and safe under my care. We have cared for all types of pets at many different stages of their lives: Senior dogs on medication, hyper puppies, dogs with disabilities, birds, cats, hedgehogs, lizards, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens, and rabbits. My schedule is open and I'm eager to meet you and your pet! :)

Jonathan was the best! We left for 4 nights and he made our trip relaxing and totally comfortable leaving our fur babies. We have now found our house sitter and a fur babies sitter. We will continue to use him in the future. We will not look any further..
Jonathan did a great job caring for our 4 fur babies! He house sat for a week while we were on vacation & all of our needs & our pet needs exceeded our expectations. They were spoiled rotten, loved the ball playing, the brushing & all of the attention. We will use him again! Thanks to him & to Rover for ensuring we were comfortable & could relax & enjoy our vacation with no worries. We loved all of the pics too!
Jonathan did a great job. Old pets take lots of care and ours are old, needing lots of care. Jonathan was great. Everyone seemed happy upon our return. House neat and clean. The best!!
Jonathan is for sure a dog whisperer! My small dog adores him! He is very responsible and trust worthy! I rest easy when my dogs are with him! He makes sure they get enough attention and love! Pretty sure any dog will fall for him!
