Availability
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine right now. I’ve structured my schedule to be fully available and flexible, so I can prioritize each pet’s needs — whether that’s consistent feeding times, walks, or just spending quality time with them. I’m very organized by nature, so I make sure nothing gets missed and routines stay on track.

Safety, trust & environment
My goal is to make things feel normal for your pet while you’re away. Whenever possible, I like to care for pets in their own home so they can stick to their routine and environment. I’m very comfortable working in other people’s homes and treat them with a lot of respect — doors locked, things kept clean, and everything left the way it was. If pets stay with me, I have a fully fenced yard and a dog door, so they have safe access outside while still being monitored.

Information Jonathan L. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to know your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, temperament, medical needs, and any behavioral concerns. I also like to know about leash habits, triggers, and anything that helps keep them safe and comfortable.
A typical day
A typical day includes meals on time, regular potty breaks, walks, and playtime. I keep dogs active, engaged, and comfortable, with plenty of attention and rest so they feel at home. I like to base your dogs activities on what they are already used to.

Dependable Pet Care You Can Trust
Pet care experience
I have hands-on experience caring for a wide range of dogs, including sick, reactive, and high-energy dogs, as well as both small and large breeds. I’m comfortable managing different temperaments and situations calmly and consistently. While I’m not a certified trainer, I’ve successfully trained my own dogs and have received compliments on their behavior and structure.
Reviews
Over the past 20 years Jon & I have gone from being coworkers to friends to roommates to family. He has rescued several dogs and provided a wonderful home for them all. The level of care he provides is always above and beyond. His animals are his family, not just a pet. There’s always new toys at the house or an obstacle course in the backyard that he’s built by hand when we visit. You’d never need to worry if your furry family members were in his care.
He is amazing! Jon has been absolutely amazing with our two boxers, Bailey and Mickie! Anyone who knows boxers knows they can be a little rambunctious and full of energy, but Jon handles them perfectly. He’s patient, attentive, and clearly understands their personalities. We always feel completely at ease knowing they’re in his care when we’re out of town. In fact, I think they might even enjoy spending time with him more than they do with us—ha ha! That alone says everything about how well he treats them. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust who takes such great care of our dogs. Highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring sitter! (Side note, he looks after the house when we are gone as well, which is wonderful!)
