taking care of pets like family
we've been taking care of dogs for 6 years now, from a puppy up to an adult. We keep our pets just as if not cleaner than our kids. Biscuit is an important part of our lives an our day.

Jonathan was very helpful and understanding. He replied promptly and sent frequent updates of our dogs stay, along with pictures. He was also very accommodating and I could tell he cared about our dog. Would highly recommend!

Not a very communicative experience. I sent a message at 9 a.m. and didn’t receive a reply until I followed up agin around 7 p.m. All the photos of my dog were taken on a kitchen mat for the first 2 days of the stay. I understand the “not allowed on furniture” policy, but it seems not even a proper bed was provided (and I was not told I need to bring a bed for him). When Milo stayed with other Rovers, I could see photos of him playing and sharing space with their dogs, but this time he appeared to be kept mostly in the kitchen. I was told he’s “shy” and loves the kitchen mat, but that doesn’t seem consistent with his usual behavior. I also noticed that I packed several treats for him and only one was given in 3 days — it makes me wonder if he got enough attention, playtime, or comfort during his stay.

Schedule
one of us works from home so there will be someone here to take care of your pet. Everyday there will be at least 2 walks outside. we split feedings in two a morning and even meal.

Pets have use of the whole first floor and we will provide an area that is comfortable for their bed. we have baby gates to close of areas where we dont want pets to go. while still allowing Pets to move and have lots of close contact with us.

A typical day
We typically will walk the dog twice a day. once in the morning and once in the evening. Rain or shine or snow we will make sure the dogs go out every day. We keep a pretty consistent schedule. Depending on what happens we may bring the dogs with us. to outside BBQs, The beach, walks through the paved pathways in the ravine. We involve the dogs our daily activities.
