My name is Jonathan and I am currently 27 years old, working full-time as a dog sitter, and living in Great Neck, NY. A former software engineer that's pursuing UX/UI design and loves animals! I currently have a 5 year old golden retriever! I have always loved dogs as I grew up with a Maltese when I was in kindergarten before getting my golden. I'm also very good at training through positive reinforcement and handling medium to large breeds. I also have experience taking care of multiple dogs at the same time. Lastly, I can easily tell when dogs are in trouble or need to use the bathroom,etc. My schedule is extremely flexible so I can accommodate most requests!

Jonathan was a great sitter. This was only my second time leaving Bentley with a sitter and didn’t know what to expect. Jonathan sent pictures and videos and kept me updated throughout the stay. Bentley seems like he had a great time with Jonathan and Apollo. Would definitely recommend him as a sitter :)

This was my first time leaving my pup with someone and I’m incredibly grateful I left Bailey with Jonathan! I got many pictures and videos and knew my pup was safe, comfortable, and happy. Jonathan and his dog Apollo were great! I received videos and pictures all week, showing me how well my dog and Apollo were playing, resting, and going for walks. Jonathan kept my dog on a schedule and got her outside a lot! The house was clean and my dog came back happy and well cared for. I would most certainly use his services again.

Schedule
I wake up at 9am everyday to let my dog out for a morning potty break. We then go for a walk at noon, one at 6pm, and one more at 10pm before bed.

I have a fenced in yard that is locked at all times. I will be present in the backyard anytime the dogs are there and will keep an eye on them while they play. I will be home 24/7 while your dog is with me, and will be monitored at all times.
Pets
A typical day
I will take take your dog on 30 minute to 1 hour walks depending on what you usually do with them. I also have a large fenced in backyard so we can play fetch or just run around and chase each other. I also have a lot plushy toys/ bully sticks/ tug toys and snacks for when they want to just stay inside.
