Pet care experience
Dog obsessed and new to Charlotte!
I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I started with my family dog and then moved on to caring for family members and friends pets when needed. In college, my roommates and I fostered a puppy my senior year so I have experience with dogs of all ages. My family rescued older dogs so I am also comfortable with medication administration. My sisters dog who I take care of often is afraid of other dogs, so I am very comfortable with dogs who prefer to not interact with other animals. I have less experience with cats, only with spending time with my friends pets, but love all animals and would love to spend time with your pet!

Jonah is so great with my golden retriever! She is afraid of everything, especially people, but she absolutely adores him! He is patient with her and she loves playing with him. I know that she is in great hands when Jonah is watching her! Highly recommend him!
Jonah has taken fantastic care of my dogs over the past five years. He’s responsible, loving and loves to be active with our pets. I strongly recommend him if you’re looking for a dog walker who will treat your pet as one of his own.
Jonah always took great care of my dog. She likes to go slow and sniff a lot and he always made sure to give her lots of time on her walks so that she was well stimulated. She loves to play tug and he always made sure to include that in her visits. I could tell he was in great hands with her.
Jonah is the best! He took care of my dog daily a few summers ago when he was living in the DC area. My dog is afraid of other dogs and he took special care of making sure to avoid other dogs when on walks. He sent lots of photos and she always looked super happy. He would even hang with her on the couch for a bit after their walks and was great about keeping us updated. He did also do some overnight care when we went out of town and she did not want to get in my car to come home, highly highly recommend Jonah! I hope he moves back to the DC area one day so he can watch my dog again.

Schedule
I’m currently waiting for my job to start so as of now I have a ton of flexibility! I am new to the area and have enjoyed getting to know Charlotte through walks, and what better way to explore than with a dog!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment with my own room and do not have any other pets. I can crate your dog or am comfortable with letting them on my bed as long as they are house trained.
A typical day
I love to play and run around with dogs! I enjoy long walks and giving them ample time to sniff. In your home I love to play tug and whatever other games they enjoy. If your dog is lazy and just wants to cuddle up on the couch, I’m happy to do that too.
