Pet care experience
My parents got me my first dog Tokyo, when I was 9 , a beautiful short-haired black and brown mutt and I've been dog-crazy ever since. I recently moved to New York leaving my 10-year-old Great Dane, Maxine, with my parents, which breaks my heart . I mostly work from home, so I absolutely jumped at this opportunity to walk and look after other people's dogs. From dogs that are larger than life, and drag you from place to place (like my own), to the smallest and petite of canines (my sister had a Maltese terrier), I have a life-time of experience . I'm really feeling the absence of my friend and will happily take your dog for some fresh air.

I've left my dog, Momo with Jonah numerous times because they absolutely love each other! Whenever they are reunited, Momo wags his tail and jumps around- happy to spend a few days with his old pal, Jonah! Jonah is a sweet, good natured caregiver that really seems to really connect with the dogs he looks after. He is always sure to send lots of pictures of Momo having a good time- either in the park, the dog run, eating his evening meals, or simply having a little snooze. Jonah also always promptly replies to my texts so I never worry about my little guy's safety. With Jonah, your baby is in the absolute best hands!
I am very thankful for Jonah, his professionalism, and his genuine love of animals. He is extremely reliable and flexible, and my dog loves him! The dogs had a great time with Jonah, and I enjoyed a stress free trip knowing that my dog was being well cared for. I really enjoyed getting the text updates and pictures. Animals have a great ability to alleviate stress and are always fun to be around, which is why Jonah sees dog walking as less of a job and more like a privilege. Rover is the perfect way for him to still get to interact with pets while working on his music. Jonah couldn't be more excited to be dog walking and looking forward to hanging out with your puppy soon! Jonah is both an experienced dog walker and owner. When Jonah not dog walking, he is a hard working musician!
Jonah is great with dogs! He and I grew up together, and I've seen him around dogs for almost two decades now. He's careful, conscientious, trustworthy, and friendly. I'd trust him with any animal in my care. He's pretty good at walking, too, so he's a great choice for dog-walker!
