I am a dog and cat purr-son 🐾
I grew up with many cats & dogs on both my mom and dad’s side of the family when I lived in New York. I attended Middle School at the Urban Assembly School for Wildlife Conservation & i also worked at Cibola Buffalo Farms down in Culpeper VA so I’ve been around goats, sheep, buffalos, dogs, cats, geese, turkeys, chickens… you name it haha! I also have experience with caring for senior dogs. I absolutely love animals and I’m grateful to be able to take care of them now that I’m back in Virginia, after living in NYC for a few yrs. Since i’ve been back i’ve been caring for my dad‘s pups and shortly after, my partner started using the Rover platform. Since our neighbors, friends and family have trusted & relied on us to sit, walk, feed, and bathe their pets for a few yrs now, I decided to join Rover & offer my love & care to others’ pets. While house sitting, i’m happy to bring in mail/packages, organize, clean or whatever you may need, just let me know. I look forward to meeting your 🐱 🐶 pets & having a great time together! Safety, trust & environment
If you have an athletic or active dog, I am the host for you!!! With me, you can expect your pup to go on trail/park walks as often as needed but, if your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. I’m happy to chill on the couch and cuddle up or play at home.
Ratings and reviews
We felt so comfortable not only leaving our dogs with these two but having them stay in our home while we left for the holidays. Our dogs had an amazing time and were incredibly loved and looked after. So many cute picture and video updates too! They covered all bases and were kind enough to ask us if we needed plants watered, anything else taken care of, etc. Will definitely use them again!
Jon was wonderful with our cats and dogs during our two week international vacation! We received photos and updates every day, and it was clear that everyone was loved and well taken care of! One of our dogs struggles with anxiety and this was the happiest we have ever seen him when coming home. Jon also took great care of our house, we came home to a tidy home with the mail organized and the dishes and laundry done. We would highly recommend Jon!
Jon did a great job. He is a great communicator and he did not lose my cat, who runs away when I travel. That is a testament to how much the animals like him! Will be using him for all my trips and long work days.

Jon is awesome! And my dog thinks so too. For the first time leaving our puppy Jon made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We did some test visits/walks prior and the day he showed up for the real time she was so happy to see him. He was communicative, sent lots of info/pics/videos and helped with a few other things while we were gone for a week (trash, watered plants, etc)
Jon is the definitive professional in the area for exceptional animal care. He was communicative, and went the extra mile every day to make sure our cat’s physical and emotional well being was protected while we were out-of-town. Your fur baby deserves the best care, and Jon will make sure they get it. Thanks again, Jon!

Schedule
I am an Uber Driver so i have control over my schedule, i can easily log on or off whenever i need to. Which means I have plenty of time to take care of your pets and have more than enough room for play time, cuddles, walks & treats! Although I live in Front Royal, I am constantly in Nova for work & also service a 55 miles radius for house sittings😊
