Dog paradise on the lake
I’ve had dogs my whole life. I lost my Shepard/retriever last year after 14 years since he was a pup. It’s always sad but he lived a great life. I live on 5 acres right on Rollins Lake with a secluded beach only a couple hundred feet away. All dogs love this place. I haven’t made the jump to get a new pup just yet but that time is coming, so I currently have no dogs living here just a few friends that bring them from time. In the meantime, a friend told me about this app and it sounded perfect.

My furbaby was actually sad after leaving Jon's and that makes me so happy. That means he was well taken care of and well loved during his stay because he has only ever been that way after leaving Nana's (where he's very spoiled). I will certainly leave my furbaby with Jon again if I'm making another trip that I can't take Scooby.
Jon was hands down awesome in taking care of my golden. He has an easy going personality that feels comforting and has a genuine love for dogs. My guy instantly felt at home with him. His property is perfect with plenty of land to run free on and access to Rollins lake which is amazing. I would highly recommend him for short or long stays. Thanks for everything Jon!
Jon was a great sitter for my pup. They had such a fun day together. Jon sent videos and updates throughout the day. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with him for the night.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty open. I’m currently fixing up a property I have 2-3 days a week on the other side of but that place is great for dogs too! As long as they don’t mind car rides I don’t really have any restrictions.

Safety, trust & environment
This place is great for dogs to stay, but I’m open to watching them at your place if that’s your preference depending on the circumstances and for how long. The 5 acres is very secluded but it is not fully fenced in so if your dog is a runner I have some 100’ leads from when I had huskies staying here.
A typical day
That all depends on what you dog likes. I would take mine on long hikes, lots of fetch and to the dog park, but I’m up for anything.
