There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Joley was. We are beyond grateful for the love, care, and attention she gave Honey, Lacy, and Kiki. From the moment she started, it was clear this wasn’t just a job to her. She genuinely cared about them as if they were her own. Every single day, she sent us thoughtful, detailed updates along with so many photos and videos of Honey, Lacy, and Kiki. Those daily updates meant the world to us and gave us complete peace of mind. She didn’t just say they were doing well, she took the time to tell us about each dog’s day, their personalities, what they had been doing, and all the little moments that made us feel like we never missed a thing. What truly sets Joley apart is how much she goes above and beyond. She did so many thoughtful things that we never even asked her to do, simply because she genuinely cares. It’s incredibly rare to find someone who puts that much love, effort, and pride into caring for someone else’s pets. When we came home, it was obvious our dogs had been loved, happy, and exceptionally well cared for. Honey, Lacy, and Kiki absolutely adored her, and it gave us so much comfort knowing they were treated like family while we were away. Finding someone you trust with your pets is one of the hardest things, and Joley exceeded every expectation we had. We can honestly say we will never have anyone else watch our dogs again. She has earned our complete trust, and we cannot recommend her enough.
