For as long as I can remember, animals have been part of my heart and my home. I've shared my life with pets throughout my adult life, and each one has been a cherished member of my family. I understand the trust it takes to leave your beloved companion in someone else's care because I would want the very same kindness, attention, and respect for my own pets. Whether I'm caring for a playful puppy, a senior dog, an independent cat, or another cherished pet, I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as an individual. I take the time to learn their routines, respect their unique personalities and boundaries, and provide the loving, attentive care they deserve. With more than 25 years of experience building trusting relationships with children and families, I bring patience, reliability, compassion, and thoughtful communication to every visit. I'll follow your care instructions carefully, pay attention to the little details, and send regular updates and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while you're away. My goal is simple: to care for your pets the way I care for my own—with love, kindness, respect, and the understanding that they are treasured members of your family.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide all of my pet care services in your pet's familiar home environment, where they feel safest and most comfortable. I know that keeping routines consistent helps reduce stress, so I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), litter box or yard care, and any other routines that are important to your pet. Every visit is tailored to your pet's individual personality and needs. Some pets enjoy play and interaction, while others simply appreciate a calm, reassuring presence. I respect each pet's boundaries, move at their pace, and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and well-being. For dog walks, I tailor each walk to your dog's energy level and preferences, allowing plenty of opportunities to sniff, explore, and enjoy their time outdoors safely. For cats and other pets, I provide attentive care, companionship (when welcomed), fresh food and water, litter box or habitat maintenance, and plenty of observation to ensure they are happy and well. After each visit, I'll send you photos and an update so you can relax knowing your beloved pet is receiving thoughtful, dependable care while you're away.

Schedule
Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy and have intentionally made room for in my life. During the summer months, I have flexible availability and can offer daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday pet care. Throughout the school year, I work full-time as an educator, so I focus on providing pet care during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks. House sitting is also a service I enjoy, as it allows me to provide consistent, loving care while fitting naturally into my routine. Because pet care is a part-time passion, I intentionally accept a limited number of bookings. This allows me to give each pet the individual attention, kindness, and thoughtful care they deserve rather than rushing from one visit to the next. My goal is always to provide dependable, personalized care that gives both pets and their people complete peace of mind.
