Animals have always been an important part of mine and my families lives. I am a teacher with my summer free, and my kids no longer need me to be their taxi. I have the patience for puppies and the acceptance for senior dogs as well. I used to work as a dog bathed; brushing, bathing, clipping/grinding nails, and basic trimming of the paws and “feathers”.

I'm not much on writing reviews and I hate to have to write this one. We used Jolene a couple of times before this past week in order to have our dog (little Shih-Tzu) comfortable with being there for a longer stay we had planned. Everything went fine with those short visits. This past 6 days, not so much. Our dog was injured and we were not informed it happened. After he was picked up, we found out and was told they didn't know how it happened. He had a nice size gash over his eye and next to his nose. This added a 200.00 vet visit to our experience. He required an antibiotic shot and ointment and has to wear a collar for a few days. We understand things happen but to not be told about it was not at all what we would have expected and in my opinion not acceptable.
She did everything I asked. Timely in her responses.
Rosie seemed fine when we returned after a week's absence; appeared well-groomed and well-fed and (hysterically) happy to see us. Jolene provided photos and brief reports most days. Our house was neat and looked exactly like we left it. Jolene was reliable and responsive to us. We would be happy to have Jolene watch Rosie again if we needed to be away.
She showed up on time and our cats seemed to really take to her! She even brought in a package without being asked.
We had happy pups when we came back from our trip! We will definitely book Jolene again

We have two dogs, four ducks, and a chicken that roam around our almost three acres. We have one dog who can stay outside independently and one that requires us to watch him. Our home is a quiet and relaxing.environment. If need led we have a living area downstairs that has its own walk out door. There is almost always someone home that can give the animals attention.

Following the pets lead is always best. What they like to do is what we will do. Just chilling or playing outside is fine with me.
