Hi, I’m Jolene! 🐾 I’ve been working with and caring for animals for over 4 years, I have a variety of experience caring for 100+ dogs, cats, horses, chickens, parrots, and many other animals of the years. My experience includes pet sitting, animal care, handling, enrichment, and training, and I enjoy taking my time getting to know every animal’s unique personality and needs. I’ve had a passion for animals since childhood, I had an array of pets that I learned how to properly care for by reading books in school. When I was 18 years old I started working in a shelter, where I gained hands-on experience with animals from all different backgrounds, temperaments, and breeds. I also have my own Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix, Chandler, who I adopted when he was 12 months old after working with him through the shelter. Since then, I’ve trained him myself and we regularly do scent work, sports, and tracking together. Every animal is different and families know their pets best, any information you give regarding their behavior, routine, ect. Is helpful for me to make them feel at home and comfortable when you’re away. Whether they need lots of exercise, play, patience and a slower approach, others may simply like companionship. I’m happy to give them the individual attention they deserve. I can provide walks, playtime, enrichment, basic training, feeding, medication reminders, or just some extra love! I know how important it is to trust someone with your animals, and I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, respect, and care I would want for my own. ❤️🐾 I look forward to meeting your pets! Boarding or sitting at my own location isn’t available yet at this time, as I don’t currently have the facilities to expand. I’m hoping I can provide this in the near future! I’m available for in home sitting 7 days a week, I can travel up to 100 miles for services provided travel/ gas expenses. 🐾🐈🐕‍🦺
