I've had pets ever since I was born but really started caring for them when I was about 5 years old. We've had every kind of pet from bunnies, birds, dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, lizards, etc etc. I've been doing sits for trusted house sitters for about 5 years. As I traveled around the country. I have five star reviews from every client. I'm not doing trusted house sitters as much now that I'm stationary in Santa Cruz.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to meet the pets beforehand if possible and get as much information as I can about their needs so that I can make sure they feel comfortable and safe with me there while their owners are out of town. I'm flexible with whether or not they want to sleep with me and how their walks are and they're different eating schedules, and habits.

Jolene is a great caregiver for my little baby chichifo he is a chihuahua mix and is definitely a handful - Jolene’s calm vibes were at ease with my dog - Jolene has cared for him at my home and on the road. My dog needs a lot of attention and is more of a home body anxious dog and Jolene seems to make him feel comfortable enough to relax when I am away.

Schedule
Fairly new to Santa Cruz. Working a couple days a week at The Bagelry, trying to decide if Santa Cruz is the place for me to put down roots.
