I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, I have a real passion for training and nearly chose to do animal behaviour at university! I have experience with rescue/shelter animals that perhaps need a more delicate hand especially in stressful or triggering scenarios where they miss their owners. Growing up I had 2 rescues from the RSPCA who were quite reactive but with time and consistency were able to be off leash and interact well with other dogs. Currently I have two family dogs who I have trained, one is a border collie and the other a whippet but the rewarding nature of training is still the same. Fun party tricks as well as useful habits that are utilised in walks and at home. I’m used to senior dogs and the additional implications of them, my last dog was with us until she was 19! I have a real soft spot for senior dogs.
