When we returned from our 5 day trip, there was dog poo all over the floor in the upstairs bathroom and the bath mat was dripping in urine. My usually happy, active dogs who used to spend hours outside the house playing in the yard were anxious, reserved and obviously emotionally traumatized. The care instructions that I provided verbally at the Meet and Greet, and in writing, were clearly not followed. My dogs were obviously not let out when they needed to go potty and have had some kind of very bad experience. They have spent the last 2 days since our return either following me around our home from room to room or curled up in their beds looking very sad. I have reported this experience to Rover.
