Johny is amazing and send t me a Daily status of my dog. My dog loved being there. Strutting as he left my side. Well taken care of. Would surely recommend this great Sitter and location. Thank you

0 STAR — Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I would not recommend this pet sitter based on my experience. The communication was horrible, there were little to no updates, pictures were inconsistent or completely nonexistent, and the overall experience left me extremely uncomfortable. I booked this sitter last minute because I had a business trip that same night and had no easy way to get back home. I trusted that my dogs would be safe and properly cared for while I was away. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. There were barely any updates or pictures, and communication was extremely inconsistent. When you leave your pets with someone, especially someone you don’t know personally, regular updates and communication should be the bare minimum. I was also uncomfortable with being asked for my home address. I never expected my address to be relevant to the pet-sitting arrangement, and the way it was handled made me feel uneasy. I also was not allowed to see where my dogs would actually be staying. Instead, I was told to look at their Instagram. Looking at social media is not the same thing as being able to see the actual environment where my dogs would be staying. Then, to make an already stressful situation even worse, I was involved in a car accident and needed to pick my dogs up early because I had to go to the ER. I reached out because this was an emergency and I needed my dogs. I did not receive a response. The fact that I was dealing with a car accident, needed medical attention, and was trying to get my dogs back, yet could not get a response, was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I understand that things happen, but when someone is entrusted with your pets, communication is critical especially during an emergency. I should never have to wonder whether the person caring for my dogs is going to respond when I urgently need to reach them. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, stressful, and lacking transparency. Between the poor communication, lack of updates and pictures, not being able to see where my dogs were staying, the uncomfortable request for my address, and ultimately not responding when I needed to retrieve my dogs after a car accident, I would never use this sitter again. Terrible experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this sitter with your pets.

So grateful for the hospitality shown to my lil fur baby. I could tell he was enjoying himself. We definitely will be back cause I know he will be in good hands like Allstate ☺️

This is our 2nd time with Johnny and his family! Sir Duke comes back the same dog! I receive pictures, updates and I believe he enjoys his stays. I have also learned a lot about Duke and his interactions with other dogs. His visits have help him socialize better when he is at home because while he is there Duke is around other animals. I love this place for him. Thank you Johnny and Family!

I'm so happy that's my fur baby was boarded with Johnny. He sent photo updates and kept in good communication with me during my dog's pet sitting experience. She looked so happy when I went to go pick her up.
