While I don’t have formal pet care experience, I have grown up with animals and have years of hands on experience caring for animals. Personally I grew up in a household that loves animals. That said I’ve helped care for cats, dogs, fish, and even a pig (the pig is a fun story). I have done numerous doggy dates through Dorchester Paws, dog sat for neighbors, and regularly help friends with walking, feeding, and the daily care of their dogs. I’m comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and energy levels and I will treat every animal as if they were my own.
