I have currently full availability. Dog sitting for an extended period? Absolutely not a problem. I am able to do check-ins during certain times, or if you just want them to have a bathroom break every few hours or so I’m fine with that. I am alright to do some travel for small to mid/large dogs, if they need some park time, or even if you are looking to have them taken somewhere and can’t swing by home to grab them!

Currently have no pets (they had to stay back home with parents 😢) and willing to take a small animal for a weekender stay in my apartment if they have a kennel. In the event that I do I can only take them for a weekend due to apartment style living not being as suitable for a dog. However while they are here, I am able to walk them quite a bit in this area; Heights has great walkability. Most of my care would be for you at your home, walking, sitting, pickup, etc. If they like to grab treats, interact with people, etc. I can find an arrangement either you that works best for your pet. I have friends nearby who have had rescues, elderly pets, and love animals, so they would love to meet and greet and give your animal some love and plenty of attention

I have some experience giving oral medicine but if you’ve ever had to do so you know it can be tricky. if your pal has a particular method for getting their meds, let me know :) Dietary restrictions additionally are good to know, if there’s foods that might upset their tummy, or if you have a strict no-snack policy or health concern I will take it seriously. if they’re not have certain social needs, prefer to play alone, etc, we can work that out too!

There’s plenty to do around Little Rock that a dog would enjoy, both in nature and around town! If you’re looking to get a helping hand while you and your family have some time out, I am able to take your pet around to a park, for a stroll through the neighborhood, maybe even a little lunch over by a cafe. My apartment complex has a provided dog park with some space to play, and I am more than happy to take them to go for extended walks, etc. If your pet is smaller and maybe just needs some social time, there are plenty of pet friendly cafes and and stores where they can meet and greet and get some pet friendly treats and love. I have my own car, so I can even take them for a drive if that’s something they enjoy.

Dogs have been part of my household since childhood both as a member of our family and as a responsibility. I am familiar with puppy energy, older dog needs, and the social interaction that your furry fam requires and their individual personalities that require a unique individual approach. I have traveled with pets, and know how important routines and frequent checkups are for their social and mental well-being!

Johnny has been a pet caretaker for years in our home and for friends + family and their pet sitting needs. If you’re looking to take a trip that your dog can’t make the journey with, are busy and concerned they need more social time, or need a hand getting them outdoor play, transport or simply a walk, he has the experience and care that will make your pet feel like the individual, not the majority for care.
