Obviously, an animal lover!
I have cared for dogs my whole life. As a kid, up north, we had sled dogs. Always litters of puppies coming and going in my house. I’m active in the beagle rescue, and often transport, foster, and take care of other fosters when needed. Through the rescue we see a lot of special cases, from geriatric, to disabled, and occasionally a litter of puppies! They’re all a joy to care for. I have one beagle(Rudy) that’s my permanent baby, and I also foster and transport for the Beagle Rescue, as does my entire family. I love all dogs, no matter the breed. I love to walk, get out and get exercise, and I know the dogs love it even more than me. I’m very responsible, especially when it comes to animals. Caring and patient even with even the more difficult and energetic dogs. Also, willing to run your dog if he or she is in need of that kind of exercise! Really looking forward to meeting your dog and giving it the special attention it needs. Thanks. -John

John was amazing. He sent me updates throughout my time away and kept me informed. Was also very accommodating with my pick up and drop off times when I was running behind. My little man seemed so unphased as if I was never gone so I could tell he had a good time and was in good hands.

John was the perfect host for our Sophie! It was our first time using Rover. It was a short-notice booking so we were very appreciative of John’s quick response to our request. John and his pups were very welcoming with Sophie while she joined their pack. I was reassured Sophie was not missing me too much with pictures and updates during her time with John. I was completely satisfied with this service and would recommend John.
John was great and super helpful when we needed a last-minute dog sitter! His pups are so sweet as well (: Would gladly book him to watch our pup again if we’re ever back in the area!
