John is extremely professional and very aware of how to approach small dogs. My little girl warmed up to him quite quickly. They went for a good long walk. I’m looking forward to working with John in the future.
John is great! We have 2 very large, challenging dogs, and John is very calm and comfortable working with both dogs. John is also very courteous and respectful in the environment. We have tried / attempted to find dog sitters many times over the years and have struggled to find qualified sitters, but John is awesome! It has been a challenge for us to find a house / dog-sitter that we are comfortable with, and we tend to be very hesitant about having strangers house/pet-sit. However, I feel very comfortable with John taking care of our home and our dogs. John is the kind of pet sitter you would want to book when you're leaving town and not have to worry about anything while you're gone. We did not know him prior to booking him, and we genuinely met him as strangers through this Rover site, and he is definitely a good guy! He is incredibly competent and caring with the dogs, and I have a feeling he will be one of Rover's top choices. For all those pet-owners who have been hesitant for years about trying pet / house-sitter, John is your guy!

I work from home full-time, so I’m highly available throughout the day for walks, feedings, check-ins, and quality time. I adjust my daily routine to fit your pet’s needs—whether that means early mornings, lunchtime walks, or evening cuddles. My evenings and weekends are open, and I’m happy to accommodate overnights or extended stays. Your pet will never be on a rushed clock—they’ll have consistent, attentive care all day long.
